Well hi there all. Figured it would be great to let you all know how Tele-Fest/Rande’-Fest 2010 went and some of the numbers from the event. Everything went really well other than we had to cancel the Ofte Lofte big air contest which was sad for me…I love jumps and it’s a big part of the history of Sondre. We had a total of 160 who officially registered for the event which does not count the reps and volunteers who just came to help. We sold 1822 is raffle tickets which means that we raised $911 for the Eugene Adaptive Ski Program(which also helps the Bend program) and the Eugene Nordic Race Program(our local high school team which is doing amazing but needs a bunch of help).
Thanks to everyone who made it up to the event even though the weather outlook was less than favorable. Turned out to be a great day and everything went really really well. Already got plans for next year and looking forward to working with Heather Paul and her crew again. Put Jan. 8th and 9th, 2011 on your calendar now. Lots of fun planned
