Berg’s Ski Shop, Hoodoo, Willamette Pass, Mt. Bachelor, Kendall Chevy and Mt. Dew are coming together to help raise funds for all the local Lane County Snow-sport’s Teams.
The evening event will be held at the U of O 150 Columbia Hall (Corner of 13th & University). The night will feature a mini-expo from local sponsors and will also feature a raffle with killer prizes ranging from ski and snowboarding gear and clothing to a number of free lift tickets to local ski areas(as well as the Epic Schwag toss).
Ticket prices are $5.00 for all ages and are available through Berg’s Ski and Snowboard Shop and most local team members or at the door. ALL proceeds will be donated to the U of O Ski and Snowboard club, WARP-Willamette Alpine Race Program, Emerald League Ski Teams, South Eugene Snowboard Club and Emerald League Nordic Team. The teams and sponsors welcome any support from other businesses interested in promoting or even donating prizes for this event.
There will be special complimentary tickets available for radio, television stations, and print that would be willing to donate promotion. For more information, contact Svein Berg at 683-1300. This is a great cause and it’s a great movie. Thank you and think snow!
