As I sit in the office at TGR I wonder what it’s like to be back in Oregon as all the ski and snowboard movies roll through town. It’s strange being on the other side of the action. I’m used to hitting up every single show to get stoked for the season. I have no idea how the warren miller film was at McDonald or even how the hipe for winter is being perceived West of Idaho. All I can do is prepare with the boys over here and watch the movies as they roll through the office. One thing I do know is that TGR’s Re:Session is taking the US by storm. With numerous viewings per week Re:Session is pumping ski lovers hearts one backcountry kicker at a time.
The tour crew cruised back to the office this week with great reviews of Portland. Can Portland rock it like Denver and Boulder? By the morning before they had sold over 90% of their tickets and it wasn’t even noon yet. Great to see my home state representing with a massive crowd and party at the Aladdin Theater. Next big Oregon stop….Eugene. Let’s make it happen!
