On Sept 5th I left the Berg’s office in Eugene, Oregon and drove east to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Jackson will be my new home for the next three months as I work as the New Web intern for Teton Gravity Research. At night I get on my computer and work for Berg’s as we get our website updated for this upcoming ski season. Throughout these two months I will continue making posts about my travels and experiences in cowboy country.
The drive from Oregon was long and boring as I traveled through central Oregon and Idaho. Once I crossed the border into Wyoming the scenery changed drastically as I purposely took the scenic route. The roads and trees made me feel as though I was back in Oregon traveling over the Santiam Pass. I took a few stops along the way to take photos of the amazing views. Now fully adjusted to living in a new state, I have a lot of experience to gain.
As a Oregon alum I still manage to watch every duck game. I sat next to a Utah fan at the local sports bar and gave him an earful during our win. Well, that’s enough for now but stay tuned this fall for many new postings.
